Answer is A bcz there are no count for injections only count for muscles there are 2 muscles code for 20552 and code for ultrasonic guidance

Codes for the Trigger point injections are determined by the number of muscles injected not the number of injections administered, therefore the correct answer is A.

The answer is A because 20552 is NOT an add on code, therefore, you cannot do a multiplier (i.e. 20552 x 4)
