For right and left leg totally 50 sq cm is utilized so we can use the surgical preparation code 15002 (we can use this code up to 100 sq cm for trunk, arms and legs).
See guidelines of surgical preparation second paragraph. It's clearly mentioned that " for multiple wounds, sum the surface area of all wounds grouped together into the same code decriptor." In this question the wounds are on both legs so they come under same code decriptor that is 15002. Hence answer is A
